The SurePlus Express Genotyping Kit quick and easy to use – simply add sample to the proprietary 1x extraction buffer and incubate 95°C for 3-5 minutes, then the sample is ready for DNA amplification. The crude lysate can be amplified using fast PCR and SurePlus Hot Start Taq Master Mix with red loading dye (included). The kit contains everything needed – just add sample and primers.
