The one step DNA extraction buffer is quick and easy to use – simply add sample to the proprietary 1x extraction buffer, incubate 95°C for 3-5 minutes, then the sample is ready for DNA amplification. The crude lysate can be amplified using fast PCR and SurePlus taq master mix.
